Meet the founders
LaVonna Shannon is a Vegan Chef and Holistic Nutritionist. She is a Florida native, born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, FL. She earned her Associates of Science in Culinary Arts and her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University. After graduating, she worked as a Nutritionist within underserved communities in Denver, Colorado, and Fort Lauderdale Florida.
Stephanie Harper is a Vegan Cook and Baker born in London, England and raised in Patterson, New Jersey. She developed her cooking skills by learning from her Jamaican grandmother at a very young age. After moving to Florida and marrying, she mastered American dishes that she learned from her mother and father in law, who were both great cooks.
