1. IS THERE A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SEA MOSS AND IRISH MOSS?

The biggest difference between sea moss and Irish moss are the waters that they grow in. Sea moss (Gracilaria)  is found in warm waters across the Caribbean Islands. Whereas, Irish moss (Chondrus Crispus) is found in colder waters such as in Europe, Canada, and Maine. Although they look different, they both contain the same minerals that make up the human body. 2. IS THERE A LIST OF FOODS THAT ARE RECOMMENDED FOR THE ALKALINE VEGAN LIFESTYLE?

Yes, there is a list of foods that was developed by Dr. Sebi and consists of the least detrimental foods for our consumption. This list does not include foods that are hybrid, acidic, or highly processed. The foods are also free of meat, seafood, and dairy. You can find the Alkaline Food Guide here.

3. DO YOU OFFER ONE-ON-ONE CONSULTATIONS FOR CLIENTS THAT WOULD LIKE TO TRANSITION TO AN ALKALINE/VEGAN LIFESTYLE?

4. DO YOU RECOMMEND PURCHASING ALKALINE WATER?

Alkaline water has been highly marketed to consumers as the healthiest water to drink. Although this is true, the problem with most alkaline waters on the market is that they are not naturally alkaline. Companies are using machines and chemical drops to alter the pH levels of acidic waters. If you are looking to consume alkaline water, it is best to purchase spring water which is naturally alkaline. To be sure that your spring water is alkaline, you can use test strips to test the pH levels. A pH level over 7 is alkaline and under 7 is acidic. Our favorite water to drink is Crystal Geyser or Mountain Valley. Both are spring waters that are naturally alkaline.
