Only prepare enough sea moss to consume within 30 days or less. Remove desired amount of sea moss from package to soak. Store away any remaining dry sea moss in a dry and cool place.
(1oz dry = about 16oz gel, depending on consistency)
- Rinse thoroughly to remove all sand and debris.
- Soak in spring water for 8-24 hours.
- Drain sea moss and add desired amount to a high-speed blender.
- Add enough spring water to the blender to barely cover your sea moss. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until completely smooth. Add more water if you desire.
- Pour into a glass jar and place a lid on top. Store in the refrigerator until it solidifies.
- Recomended to take 1-2 tablespoons daily, but may consume more.
Enjoy it by the spoonful or in smoothies, drinks, sauces, guacamole, and more! Sea moss gel will last 4-5 weeks in the refrigerator.
